Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it is not, the money will not be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that you print and fill out our return form. Click here to download our return form.
If you have a return to send back, please email us at email@example.com and we will tell you where to send it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you send back something that was on sale, no refund will be given and it will not be shipped back to you.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the items in the order are returned.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, send it back and check on the return form that you want to exchange it. If we have the size you want in stock, we will ship it to you. If it is out of stock, we will refund your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items ordered within the U.S. will be shipped free! We will ship your order out to you from Utah within 3-5 business days of your purchase through USPS. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us that contains your tracking information.
If you are located outside of the U.S., the shipping rate is $20. This is non-refundable.
When items are shipped outside of the U.S., there can be taxes, duties, and customs fees on the package. You must pay these fees and expenses yourself. We will not pay the fees for you. These are your country’s sales tax and customs fees. We are not able to determine how much these fees will cost you. The best way for you to find out is to go to your local post office and talk to them about it.
Shipping time varies on how far your country is located from the United States. When your order ships, you will be emailed with a tracking number.
